Terms of Service for AI-ImageGen Application

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DreamCraft AI application (“Application”) provided by Omega Appz (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. License and Use of Application: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may generate AI-generated images from text using the Application’s features in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Content: By using the Application, you understand and agree that the images generated from the text (“AI Images”) are the result of AI algorithms and may not always accurately represent your intended output. You retain all rights to the text you provide to generate AI Images.

3. Ownership: The Application, including its software, design, and features, is owned and operated by the Company. The AI Images generated through the Application, however, remain the intellectual property of the user who generated them.

4. Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Application for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, offensive, or violates these Terms. Additionally, you shall not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Application without our explicit consent.

5. Privacy: Your use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy . By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability: The Application and its AI-generated images are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Application.

7. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time and for any reason without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease.

8. Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Egypt.
